Jill Rand is the current President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), North Los Angeles Chapter. Ms. Rand is an eastern European Jewish woman who grew up in New York and was raised by a single mother on welfare. Jill attended UCLA and was able to transform her life and soon achieved great success in the real estate industry.  Jill Rand’s role as the president of AREAA North Los Angeles Chapter is to guide homeowners as they undergo credit recovery and help to stabilize the real estate market in Los Angeles. Jill’s goals are also to restore the confidence of real estate professionals and consumers regarding the mortgage market and prepare them for whatever the future may hold for the real estate industry. Apart from AREAA, Jill is also the President of JLM Properties and specializes on REO, short sales and investments.
On the show, Jill Rand will discuss how she serves her customers and her achievements in real estate. She will also discuss how she is able to balance being the President of AREAA and JLM Properties.
