Kirby Pearson is a licensed real estate professional in Illinois and is the owner of Pearson Realty Group. He is an expert in short sale and REO, having been grown up in the construction and real estate business. After Mr. Pearson got his finance degree at the University of Wisconsin, he began his career by working on the trading floor of the Chicago Board of Trade. Shortly after that, he founded the Pearson Realty Group, a full service real estate brokerage specializing in REO. Mr. Pearson now manages hundreds of REO assets including an expert valuations team, tech department and accounting department, just to name a few. Mr. Pearson is also proud that two of his brokers are real estate lawyers who are experts on local eviction and person property laws.
