D. Michael “Mickey” Collins is Director of the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI) for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.  In this position he is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and conducting all activities associated with the execution of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and diversity programs and operations.  He provides oversight for the Corporation’s Diversity Strategic Plan and initiatives and served as Chairman of the FDIC’s Diversity Steering Committee.
