Selling HUD Homes


Tamiko Broms has been in the field of education for over 15 years.  She holds a Secondary English Education Credential in the State of California and Hawaii, and has been recognized as an outstanding teacher by The National Youth Leadership Forum and The National Council of Teachers of English.   Tamiko holds a Bachelor’s of Education Degree from the University of Hawaii, and has her Credential in Language Acquisition and Development from Stanford University.  






Tamiko’s entrepreneurial background began when she enrolled in her first real estate course in 1984 with Century 21 and later opened and operated a two location espresso business in Honolulu, Hawaii.  In 2008, she joined PEMCO as the Director of Marketing and the Alternate Project Manager for the 2S territory which includes California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Northern Marianas Island.  She is a member of the National Speakers Association and on behalf of PEMCO speaks to many real estate professionals on the HUD Sales Process.  She works with listing brokers to facilitate training seminars in order to market, list, and sell HUD homes.

Goal Setting versus Goal Achievement

JPMorgan Got Off Easy: Why The Settlement Is Not Justice

The Justice Department, along with federal and state partners, announced this week a $13 billion settlement with JPMorgan - the largest settlement with a single entity in American history.   This settlement brings to a resolution the federal and state civil claims arising out of the packaging, marketing, sale and issuance of residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) by JPMorgan, Bear Stearns and Washington Mutual prior to Jan. 1, 2009.
