Bubba Mills is the current COO and Managing Partner for Corcoran Consulting & Coaching, an international consulting company for brokers and agents. Bubba specializes in promoting the best practices and the development of innovative ideas in REO/Asset management. Bubba also supports compassionate REO disposition and corporate responsibility. Before working for Corcoran Consulting & Coaching, Bubba worked as REO Operations Manager for Financial Asset Services, as well as being the High Risk Loss Mitigation Manager for Option One Mortgage, Mergers and Acquisitions for WJ Bradley, just to name a few. Goal Setting versus Goal Achievement

JPMorgan Got Off Easy: Why The Settlement Is Not Justice

The Justice Department, along with federal and state partners, announced this week a $13 billion settlement with JPMorgan - the largest settlement with a single entity in American history.   This settlement brings to a resolution the federal and state civil claims arising out of the packaging, marketing, sale and issuance of residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) by JPMorgan, Bear Stearns and Washington Mutual prior to Jan. 1, 2009.
