Town Hall Meeting – The Housing Crisis
Riverside, California
(September 20, 2013) – On Tuesday, September 24, 2013, from 10:00 AM to
12:30 PM PST, The Power Is Now Online Radio will cover the Town Hall
Meeting: The Housing Crisis, being held
at the Palm Desert Council Civic Council Chambers in Palm Desert, CA. The event, brought to you by the Fair Housing
Council of Riverside County, Inc. in collaboration with The Riverside County
District Attorney’s Office, will be moderated by Host and Executive Producer
Eric Lawrence Frazier, and will be aimed at educating and empowering past,
present, and future homeowners concerned with the recent foreclosure crisis and
its’ aftermath.
The four main discussion points of the meeting will be “Never
Again”: Lessons Learned From The
Foreclosure Crisis, “Where Do We Go From Here?”: The Road To Recovery, “Know The Signs”: How To Identify Predatory Lending Practices,
and “Educating The Public”: The
Importance of Homeowner Education.
Town Hall attendants and online listeners will have the
pleasure of hearing from both government and private bank representatives
alike. Charles Ludlam, US Department of
Housing and Urban Development Field Director (HUD), and Vicki Hightower,
Special Prosecutor for the District Attorney’s Office of Riverside County, will
both serve as Q&A Audience and Panel Guests, as will Innocente Tanori,
Mortgage Loan Officer for US Bank.
Among the four co-hosts for the morning’s affair will be
knowledgeable and engaging representatives from the real estate industry and the
worlds of academia and public advocacy.
