2:00 PM PST, Eric Lawrence Frazier MBA,
President/CEO of the Power Is Now and National Sales Manager of Intercap
Lending will be hosting an event entitled “Realtor Business Development Workshop.
The event
will start with a welcome and overview of the agenda by Mr. Frazier followed by
an Introduction of the Intercap Lending, the co-sponsor of the event. Wayne Wyatt, President of the Inland Empire
National Association of Real Estate broker will present the history of NAREB
and the opportunities for career development and membership.
Session III
is an Introduction of the Inland Valley Association of Realtors by IVAR
President and CEO, Mark Dowling. The Inland Valley Association of Realtors
offers Housing Data Reports and Reference Guides to give its members special
insights into the local real estate market. IVAR also provides professional
Standards assistance with grievance, arbitration, mediation and other Code of
Ethics issues.
Session IV is led by The Power Is Now Financial Services and National Relationship Manager, Success Money. Success will present information about Credit
Restoration Strategies and the UCES Program. Success Money is a Certified
Account Executive for UCES also known as United Credit Education Services and
has worked in the real estate industry for 10 years in loans and real estate.
Success is a financial educator and conducts trainings around the nation and
online to help consumers improve their credit scores and get approved to
purchase a home with the best interest rate. She also assists real estate
professionals with creating more approved credit buyers to increase their sales
volume.
Skip
Schenker, President of Ready 4 Remodel leads Session V. Skip will present information on Financing
Solutions for Buying & Selling Fixer Uppers and the FHA 203k Rehabilitation
Loan. Renovation Asset Services, Inc., is an organization committed to
revitalizing our nation’s housing stock and creating sustainable
homeownership thru the use of renovation financing. Skip Schenker, the company’s
founder, pioneered the “Ready4Remodel” marketing
strategy of distressed properties, allowing homebuyers who identify as the “Do-It-Yourself”
type, to find fixer uppers to customize to their own taste with very little out
of the pocket expenses.
Session VI is
led by Joe Lopez of Next Media Marketing.
Joe will present Social Media Marketing Strategies. Next Media Marketing is
a comprehensive marketing agency that designs and executes a custom marketing
strategy catered to one’s goals and unique
business. The company provides a wide variety of solutions, from traditional
media to more modern solutions, for businesses looking to get more clients, and
increase sales to existing clients.
After lunch
is served, Eric L. Frazier, NSM will discuss How to Make More Money and Close
More Deals with Intercap Lending. He
will present Intercap Lending's proprietary DPA Program 3%, SNAP Pre-approval Certificate, Mortgage Alternative Program (MAP) and the Realty Affiliate Marketing Partnership (RAMP) designed to support
agents who are buying leads.
In Session
VIII, Eric Frazier presents The Power Is Now VIP Agent Program. The VIP Agent

professionals. It is designed to promote real estate professionals, who are in
