Riverside, California (April 8, 2012) – On Tuesday, April 9, 2012 at 10:30 AM, REO Summit and Expo Speakers Robert Spencer, III and Hugh Elder will be the featured speakers on The Power Is Now online radio, together with special guests Josh Altman, Bill Walsh, Don Maxwell and Louis Amaya. The episode will highlight the upcoming 2013 Short Sale Expo at Palm Desert, CA on May 3 and 4, 2013.

Guest speaker Hugh Elder is the Founder, President/CEO and REO Broker for Luxury Home Sales in Orange County, CA. Elder also used to be the President of Nationwide REO Network for two years and President of Coastal REO Assets for 3 years.

The second guest speaker, Robert Spencer III is currently a broker at Gotham Properties International, Inc. Spencer also works for the Kingston Realty Partners. He graduated from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and now serves as Luxury Home Sales REO Broker in Greater Los Angeles Area.

Goal Setting versus Goal Achievement

JPMorgan Got Off Easy: Why The Settlement Is Not Justice

The Justice Department, along with federal and state partners, announced this week a $13 billion settlement with JPMorgan - the largest settlement with a single entity in American history.   This settlement brings to a resolution the federal and state civil claims arising out of the packaging, marketing, sale and issuance of residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) by JPMorgan, Bear Stearns and Washington Mutual prior to Jan. 1, 2009.
