Riverside, California (June 11, 2013) – The Power Is Now Online Radio will have Vicki Hightower as a featured guest on Real Estate Resource, which will air on Thursday, June 27, 2013 at 10:30AM. The show will be about fighting real estate fraud in Riverside County.

Vicki Hightower is a Chief Deputy District Attorney (CDDA) for the Riverside County’s Office of the District Attorney. CDDA Vicki Hightower is responsible for the operations of Special Prosecution Sections I & II, which include Insurance Fraud, Major Fraud, Real Estate Fraud, Environmental Protection, Consumer Protection and Professional Standards Units. CDDA Hightower’s responsibilities include: planning, organizing, and directing the work of several staff members comprising a major legal division within the District Attorney’s Office. She is also responsible for coordinating the work flow between legal, investigative, enforcement and clerical functions, as well as the functions of the division with the courts and other law enforcement agencies and County departments. Apart from that, CDDA Hightower also develops and implements procedures within the division to accomplish goals, objectives and statutory mandates.

On the show, CDDA Vicki Hightower and host Eric Frazier will discuss about the Loan Modification and Foreclosure Defense Fraud and Short Sale Fraud. They will also talk about how consumers can protect themselves from any type of fraudulent acts and the role of the real estate industry in fighting against fraud. The show will also highlight Riverside District Attorney Pau Zellerbach’s commitment to fighting real estate fraud in the County.
